In this session, Justin Chapweske presents the design of a global content network for distributing open source and public domain materials. Chapweske illustrates how the system completely elliminates the increasing trend of overloaded or innefficient mirrors of popular open source content.
The "Content-Addressable Web" work previously published by Onion Networks is the first half of the system. The complementary administrative and mirror advertisement services will be unveiled during the session.
