Pervasive computing can be defined as the tight integration of a smart collection of devices and both network and system architectures to deliver compelling integrated experiences to the end user. In this discussion, Burger will describe the evolution and the impacts pervasive computing solutions will have on system architecture, user interface, and users themselves, as well as how the user will be represented at the network level.
