Wright focuses on the imperative that businesses, enforcement, and government share information about threats and vulnerabilities in order to work together to catch cybercriminals. He identifies appropriate scenarios for public/private sector involvement; describes the coordination that provides cohesion of law enforcement and private sector efforts; and discusses the various mechanisms utilized to ensure that information remains confidential.
