While more computers are being connected to the Internet, it seems that fewer people are taking the time to surf the web. Evidence of this shrinking audience can be seen in many statistics such as the decline in web advertising, domain registration, ISP contracts, and PC purchases.
Is this a trend, or just an anomaly? What is the Internet Professional to do in response to this declining audience? Is there a killer app that will bring users in large numbers to a site? In this discussion, we seek to pick the brains of the men and women on the front lines of the Internet campaign.
