What is the most useful insight to come out of the most recent $100 computer imbroglio? What role do telecenters play?
I work in a nonprofit which designs and delivers ICT technical assistance and products in the developing world and am interested in a lively, respectful discussion of people’s experience and ideas related to ICTs and the developing world.
