Arthur van Hoff, one of Java's founding fathers, recently joined TiVo as the Principal Engineer. He is the lead architect for TiVo ToGo, Electronic Content and Distribution, and the Home Media Engine. Van Hoff came to TiVo when the company acquired Strangeberry, where as the founder, van Hoff and his team created a Digital Media Receiver for playing and displaying music, media, and games.
