Nebojsa Jojic is a senior researcher at Microsoft Research, Redmond, where he is conducting research in the areas of machine learning, computational biology, computer vision and signal processing. His main interests are in modeling structure of natural signals, such as images, audio recordings, DNA sequences, etc. The applications of the algorithms for extracting such models from data are diverse: from personal media summarization and browsing tools to rational HIV vaccine design.
