Madhok currently serves on OASIS XDI (XRI Data Interchange) Technical Committee as the vice-chair, and sits on XRI, SOA, and Liberty Alliance.

As co-founder of AmSoft Systems, Madhok built a reputation as a visionary global pioneer in identity technology. His patent portfolio centers on enabling Digital Identity frameworks and trust controls. His work has put India on the IT innovation map with a broad range of high-profile products and solutions for marquee customers such as Deutsche Telekom, ABB, Telekom Austria, Metro, Informatica, and Philips.

Prior to founding AmSoft in 1990, Madhok worked with Statart (now NDTV) and ICIM (now ICL-Fujitsu). He has a master's degree in mathematics and a B.E in electrical & electronics engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India.
