| Nitin Mittal Forum Nokia, Asia Pacific Nitin Mittal is a software engineer in the mobile communications industry with more than five years experience. He currently works as technology expert for Nokia in the Forum Nokia organization, providing technical services for the mobile developer community in the South East Asia Pacific Region. Mittal is responsible for providing technical consulting to Nokia's developer community on Symbian, IMS, and Java development. He has been providing technical trainings, consultation, technical support, and has been evangelizing Nokia's developer platforms in Asia Pacific for the past three years. He has spoken at industry conferences, including JavaOne, Java Two, and Sun Tech Days on various J2ME related topics. As a key member of Forum Nokia, Mittal has been instrumental in the growth of Symbian and IMS developer community in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Nokia in 2002, Mittal worked as a software engineer on mobile printing solutions at Hewlett Packard and on intelligent PDA messaging solutions at Ericsson. He contributed a chapter on JXTA and MMS based peer to peer messaging for a book on mobile commerce and applications. Mittal has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. |
