Matthew Hamrick of the Silicon Valley Homebrew Mobile Phone Club and Benoit Schillings of Trolltech present a hands-on session on creating and programming open source mobile telephony hardware. Hamrick will focus on the projects and philosophy of the Silicon Valley Homebrew Mobile Phone Club and Schillings will lead attendees through a session on getting started with and programming the Troll Tech Greenphone, the world's first commercially available off-the-shelf open source Linux cell phone.
