Time: 11:35 - 12:20

This presentation focuses on some of the challenges faced when productizing a complex open source software project for the mass market. He will cover the browser's technology platform, several key features, and critical non-engineering aspects of the project including product management and marketing. Ben will talk about the future of Firefox development and propose a framework that other Open Source projects can use to maximize their success with users and the consumer market.
