Bert Hubert, co-founder, PowerDNS / Netherlabs
Track: Linux
Date: Thursday, 20 October 2005
Time: 11:35 - 12:20
Location: Seasons Room
In this presentation, the principal author of PowerDNS explains how this versatile nameserver can serve DNS from almost all databases, LDAP, scripts (Perl, Python), geographical information systems and third party modules. Afterwards a demonstration will be given how PowerDNS can help power VoIP call routing over ENUM, and especially the dynamic abilities, including location-based routing and fail-over.
