Session

The Other XP on Mac OS X
Daniel Steinberg, Editor of java.net and ONJava.com for O'Reilly Networks

Track: Programming
Date: Wednesday, October 02
Time: 2:15pm - 3:00pm
Location: Lafayette/San Tomas/Lawrence

The only thing extreme about extreme programming is that you engage in these "best practices" at all times. The session begins with an overview of Extreme Programming and introduces the core practices of testing first, refactoring working code, and user stories through code examples. The discussion also covers the implications of programming this way, the tools available on the Mac, and other resources that are available to support this methodology.
