Cocoa is a very consistent set of APIs that have been influenced by the application of several techniques in object-oriented design as well as some basic conventions. James Duncan Davidson explores the design of the Cocoa Foundation and Application Kit frameworks, and how you can apply these basic techniques and conventions to get the most out of the frameworks, as well as applying them to your own code.
