Mark Vail
The Harker School
Mark Vail teaches Propellerhead Reason to middle-school students at The Harker School in San Jose, California. He's the author of Vintage Synthesizers (1993, 2000) and The Hammond Organ: Beauty in the B (1998, 2002), and was a member of Keyboard magazine's editorial staff from January 1988 to April 2001. Vail holds an MFA in electronic music and the recording media (Mills College, Oakland, California, 1983).
