In this session we will discuss getting started in business intelligence using OpenI and MySQL. We will run through a sample project: moneyball. In this project we will try to get some intelligence out of freely available baseball data. This session welcomes business intelligence experts, those who want to get started in business intelligence, and baseball fans. (Use of baseball data is intended as a demonstration, and not an in depth analysis of baseball statistics.)
