Because MySQLs scalability and robustness are on par with commercial RDBMS software, its being widely used for mission critical enterprise applications. Because of this, MySQLs users are more and more confronted with the critical issue of data integration ensuring the smooth flow of data between MySQL and other operational systems (real-time, batch, synchronization, migration, etc.). Until recently, the choice was to either acquire extremely expensive proprietary integration software or to rely on cumbersome manually scripted integration processes.
Talend shatters the traditional data integration market by providing the first open source data integration software Talend Open Studio. Available at no charge under a GPL v2 license, Talend Open Studio is a robust and scalable integration platform that offers unrivaled ease of use. Entirely based on industry standards, Talend Open Studios performance exceeds by a factor of two to five the performance of proprietary solutions.
This session will explain the key issues of data integration, before focusing on the key benefits of Talend Open Studio and demonstrating how Talend Open Studio can offer the best performance with the lowest deployment and ownership cost. An in-depth demonstration of the solution will also be provided.
