Intermediate and advanced Perl programmers who want to work on XML applications.

We'll follow an introduction to the what and why of XML with an overview of the XML::Parser processing model. We'll then cover specific features and illustrate their use with small examples. We'll briefly review a couple of modules built on top of XML::Parser. Finally, we'll discuss several small but interesting applications.
