David Roth is the author of many Win32 Perl extensions, including Win32::ODBC and Win32::AdminMisc. He is the cofounder of CyberEvolution, Inc. and owner of Roth Consulting, which offer a variety of programming and network administration services, consulting and on-site training. He has been a contributing writer for The Perl Journal and the Win32 Scripting Journal.
