Potential core hackers. C knowledge advised. XS knowledge preferable.
Goal:
Attendees will gain an overall understanding of the internal machinations of the Perl 5 interpreter, leaving the talk admirably placed to begin hunting down and fixing bugs, as well as being able to write more advanced XS modules. Special emphasis will be placed on how the design of the Perl 5 core relates to the proposed design of Perl 6.
