Matt Sergeant writes anti-spam software for MessageLabs. Prior to that he hacked on SpamAssassin for a bit. In 2002 he received the ActiveState Programmers Choice Award for both Perl and XSLT (presumably for filling CPAN up with modules related to XML). Sergeant lives at home in Gloucester with his wife Heather and menagerie of pets.
