Theodore Hong Theodore Hong is a graduate student in computer science at Imperial College, London. He holds an A.B. in chemistry and physics summa cum laude from Harvard University and an M.Sc. in microwaves and optoelectronics from University College London, and is a 1995 Marshall scholar. He is a developer on the Freenet project.
