Daini Xie Strathy
Daini Xie Strathy is the president of Munica Corporation, a software company
in Montreal, Canada. Daini has developed several software titles such as
FormPAL a fast-track Web form creator, NetSQL database server and DataDiplomat
Web database application creator. Daini is presently working on a transaction
management system to simplify the development of Web applications that require
transaction support in a concurrent environment.
Prior to setting up Munica, Daini was a software developer with Corel
Corporation, Ottawa, Canada. Daini has a Master degree in computer science
from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada and a Bachelor degree in
Engineering from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication, Beijing,
People’s Republic of China. She lives with her husband Nick in Montreal,
Canada.
