John S. Williams is a Senior Technical Staff Member in the IBM Linux
Technology Center. His current work assignment is in the Linux Technology
Services group, where he is working to improve the performance,
reliability, servicability and supportability of Linux for the Enterprise
business class of customers. John has worked for IBM for 23 years in
various assignments in software engineering for AIX and OS/2.
