Sco vs. (IBM && LINUX)

The BOF will be focused on the ongoing lawsuit between IBM and SCO, should this still be an issue at the time of the conference. It's hoped that the progress made at the usenix session on the same topic will be continued at this BOF. We will talk about the long term legal and practivle ramifications of this action, and what it means to linux and open source software. In the event sco has been forthcoming in it's release of code to the independent panel, we can talk about that as well.
