Come hear how open source software powers one of the highest volume websites on the internet. The new Ticketmaster.com website was launched in December 2002 and the system was built almost exclusively using open source software. We'll discuss the in's and out's of Ticketmaster's architecture and how we integrated Linux, Apache, mod_perl, and MySql in order to sustain the highest transaction rates in the company's history.
