This tutorial will give attendees a solid foundation in W3C XForms, which has been implemented through dozens of open source and commercial engines. Related technologies such as XPath will also be covered.
After some introductory material, students will get a behind-the-scenes look at XForms Institute, a tutorial website that teaches XForms by using XForms. We will examine actual "view source" markup running the site.
Finally, we will examine some examples of common XML authoring mistakes, with emphasis on how to diagnose and avoid them.
