David Turner
David "Novalis" Turner is a GPL Compliance Engineer at the Free Software Foundation. He enforces the GPL, answers licensing questions from the public, and helps to develop the Foundation's licensing policy. Turner is currently studying public adoption of the Affero license, but will be doing something else by OSCON. Turner has spoken about Free Software in the United States, France, and Croatia.
