Rod Cope
Rod Cope is the CTO and founder of OpenLogic, Inc. He has 20 years of software development experience, including nine years of Java. Cope has used Groovy, JBoss, Hibernate, AspectJ, MySQL, Ant, and other open aource projects extensively in commercial applications.

Cope has spoken on Groovy and other topics at the O'Reilly Open Source Convention and to Java User Groups around the country. He is currently writing a book on Groovy for O'Reilly. He holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in Software Engineering from the University of Louisville.
