He'll address both technical and business questions and lessons made upon the journey of both. For example, what could possibly motivate anyone to start to Yet Another Web Framework. And how a manager reacts to going with an unknown language and choosing to write a framework for the first time on top of it--while attempting to deliver application functionality. In addition, he'll talk about the power of the Rails community that exploded in no time at all; how to ignite such an explosion; and how to deal with the consequences, from coping with the influx of newbies to harvesting the fruits of rising stars.
