Tony Gaughan Computer Associates Tony Gaughan is senior vice president of product development at CA, responsible for CA’s database, database management and applications management solutions. Tony has more than 17 years of experience in enterprise software development. Prior to joining CA, he was vice president of ERP applications development at PeopleSoft, where he lead a team of more than 200 developers worldwide in delivering solutions for financials, human resources and asset management. Earlier, he served as vice president of CRM development at Oracle. Tony holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Heriot-Watt University. Open Source Licensing Issues
