Steve Jacobson SourceLabs Steve Jacobson joined SourceLabs to create a fundamentally more effective technical support service with the goal of encouraging widespread adoption of open source software. As both a producer and consumer of proprietary and open source technologies, Steve has extensive experience using IT in enterprise settings. Steve has held various product development, sales and marketing, and IT operations positions at Amazon.com, MusicNet, RealNetworks, Informix, Sybase, and Information Builders. Most recently, Steve was a Lead Systems Engineer at Amazon.com responsible for the production deployment of a variety of open source technologies.
