Hal Roberts
Berkman Center

Hal Roberts is the assistant director for technology at Harvard Law School's Berkman Center for Internet & Society, where he directs all of its technical activities. He is also co-project director of the H2O Project, a collection of online tools designed to promote educational exchange. Before joining the Berkman Center, Hal worked for Thomson Financial Interactive, where he served as a principal engineer building research intranets for large Financial Service companies. Before working at TFI, Hal attended the Science and Technology Studies program at Virginia Tech, where he also served as a system administrator, and did development and systems work for a logistics consulting company.
