Join Eric Pugh from OpenSource Connections as we discuss the best practices of Scrum and how to best utilitize the Scrum methodology in Agile Development. We will talk about what works and what doesn't from personal experience. We'll hopefully get an update on some peoples challenges that we discussed last year!

We will discuss tools some of the new tools that are available and if they help or hinder with Scrums. Share war stories about Scrum gone bad and then talk about how we could improve its application in the future. Join us, have a good time, and we might even share some good rugby songs with you.
