Arthur Keller

University of California, Santa Cruz

Dr. Keller is affiliated with the Technology and Information Management program of the Baskin School of Engineering at the University of California, Santa Cruz, chair of the Executive Committee of VSPR (Voting Systems Performance Review), and on IEEE Standards Committees P1583 and P1622 on voting systems. He advises startups and expert witness on patent cases in such areas as databases and electronic commerce as Managing Partner of Minerva Consulting. We was previously Board Secretary and Founder of OVC (Open Voting Consortium).
