Dr. Tim Foresman has three decades led technology (remote sensing, GIS, web nets) for international environmental protection and sustainability and was NASA’s Digital Earth manager in the late 1990s. He served as the director of the United Nations Environment Programme’s Division of Early Warning and Assessment from 2000 to 2003.
