Senior Researcher, International Computer Science InstituteAtanu Ghosh has more than 20 years of experience in IP networking. He is currently a Senior Researcher at the International Computer Science Institute (ICSI) in Berkeley where he has been championing open source networking software and leading the XORP project over the last three years. Prior to ICSI Atanu conducted research in various academic institutes in England and Australia. His research interests included multimedia communication systems, multicast protocols and active networks. Prior to research, he spent several years in the computing industry focusing on the areas of operating systems and networking. Atanu has a B.Sc.(Eng) from Queen Mary College, an M.Sc. and Ph.D from University College London.
