Twitter is a highly dynamic Rails application that gained widespread popularity in March, and quickly became both the largest and slowest Ruby on Rails site on the Internet. Fortunately we were able to respond to the rapid increase in traffic with a very small team, quickly making the site the lean, mean machine it is today. This talk will cover what we did right, what we did wrong, and what we're still figuring out.
