CEO and President, Ingram Digital Group
James along with his brother Peter founded BMBC, later Coutts Information Services in 1992. As CEO, James grew the company to its current position as one of the top global library supply groups supplying thousands of libraries in over a hundred countries around the world, from offices in Canada, the USA, the UK and Holland. This growth was achieved through a focus on innovation and delivery of unique processes, systems and services such as OASIS, the Online Acquisitions Portal. In 2004, James founded MyiLibrary, the aggregated eBook platform, and grew the company to its current position as an industry leader in the provision of eContent, offering some 65,000 titles, with hundreds of library customers throughout the world. In 2006, Ingram Industries purchased both Coutts Information Services and MyiLibrary. Today, James is CEO and President of Ingram Digital Group, the digital division of Ingram Industries Inc.
