Paul Michelman is editorial director of Harvard Business Online, the daily destination site for business executives and thought leaders. His responsibilities include managing content development and strategy and overseeing daily editorial operations. He is also a primary contributor to the site’s Conversation Starter blog. Previously, Michelman served as executive editor for new publishing ventures at Harvard Business School Publishing and as director of programming and executive editor of Captivate Network.
