Bill Damon

Findability & Metrics Analyst, Havard Business School Publishing

Bill Damon has been a technologist at Harvard Business School Publishing for eight years, serving in various roles including programmer, researcher, and analyst. In his current role, he is working on using search technologies and metrics to connect online customers to HBSP content. He also leads HBSP’s Gadgetopia group, which explores how trends in consumer electronics are altering the way customers engage with content. Previously, Damon was an independent consultant specializing in web development and user experience.
