The essence of Ubuntu is free code and open communities. Launchpad Code brings the two together: community members can easily obtain and publish code and collaborate with others. Launchpad makes code branches more meaningful by connecting them to bugs, feature plans, and a product release roadmap, and helps people understand what's new and what's important.
