Ubuntu, Edubuntu, Kubuntu and various derivatives have all been successfully deployed into education environments, ranging in size from a single classroom to a regional scale. This session will present some of these reference cases, including Spain, Georgia, South Africa, and the USA. The talk will highlight some of the planning, roll-out and management strategies that have been implemented.
