Carl Malamud

Carl Malamud is the CTO at the Center for American Progress,
a Washington, D.C. think tank. Prior to that, he ran the Internet
Multicasting Service, which started the first radio station on the
Internet and liberated the SEC EDGAR and US Patent databases
for free access on the net. The author of 8 books, Carl is also
chair of the Jabber Software Foundation.
