Hans-Juergen spent two years at Synthesis, an Austrian research company. He was responsible for the scientific analysis of the data provided by the Austrian social security insurance system. He is a co-founder of a company focusing entire on PostgreSQL and is the author of three books about PostgreSQL ("PostgreSQL Developer's Handbook" by SAMS - see www.postgresql.at; two more are nearly ready).
