Quentin Stafford-FraserExecutive Director, Ndiyo ![]() More recently, Stafford-Fraser has been involved in several technology-related startups in Cambridge, U.K., and Seattle, Washington, including Ndiyo in 2001, Newnham Research in 2003, and Exbiblio in 2004. At present he is the full-time executive director of Ndiyo, a non-profit UK company dedicated to making IT more affordable and sustainable for the global community. Stafford-Fraser holds a Ph.D. from Cambridge University and lives in Cambridge with his wife, Rose, who has almost nothing to do with technology, nor with his recumbent bicycle.
