Lead Developer, Rivida

Joel Penner is currently the Lead Developer for Rivida and has been part of numerous projects on platforms ranging from ASP.NET to PHP. Outside of Etelos themselves, Joel is one of the most experienced EASE (Etelos) developers in the Etelos Ecosystem. He has had a hand in almost every Etelos project Rivida has dealt with and has been developing on the platform since 2003.

At any one time there are at least 8 projects Joel juggles, ranging from design & support to coding. For a time Joel worked at the Etelos head office and learned the platform from the developers themselves. Since joining Rivida he has trained 4 other developers in the main languages they use every day: HTML/CSS, Javascript/AJAX, PHP and EASE.
