Kristian Hermansen

Security Researcher/Developer, Cisco Systems, Inc.

Kristian Hermansen
Kristian Hermansen is a security researcher and developer at Cisco Systems. He spends most of his time hacking around and breaking things. Recently he has been striving to build a massive computational infrastructure based on virtualizing technologies. Kristian has no favorite programming language, but wishes he was an Eiffel guru. He was also the instigator of the infamous Steve Ballmer / Linux Penguin invasion at an East Coast University that ultimately failed, but would have garnered 15 minutes of national fame had he woken up on time. When he attended University, he served as President and later Vice President of the local Linux User Group. When not geeking out, he also enjoys skiing and playing drums.
