Joe has more than 20 years experience in software development and has served in senior manager positions at several prominent commercial software companies. At CodeGear, he has been responsible for the development and delivery of multiple versions of the company’s C++ Builder and JBuilder tools as well as the new CodeGear Ruby on Rails product. In addition, Joe has defined, evangelized and implemented the company’s new cross-product development processes for requirements definition, change management and project management. He has a B.S. in computer science from the University of Missouri.
