Prior to joining EnterpriseDB, Gary Long was a vice president at Gartner, Inc., where he specialized in software architecture, middleware and strategic IT planning. He has more than 25 years of experience as a manager and executive in the software products and services industry at Magna Software, Fairfax Software, AMS, L&L Software and Computer Associates. As an independent technology investor and entrepreneur he was a founding board member at EnterpriseDB, webMethods, and other software companies. Gary earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics at Kent State University.
